When we talk about publishing, a publisher has the desire to bring out a printed publication devoted entirely to a specific character. Cartoons and television series for children often form the basis for this kind of publishing. Well-known cartoon strips from the daily and weekly newspapers are also a frequently requested subject for such publications.
