Licences

Licenses give you the right to reproduce character(s) (e.g. a comic strip character, personality, television series or film) on your own products, with or without a logo. This may involve various product groups such as clothing, plush toys, food etc. Character merchandising is clearly about adding value; the character alters the product so that a new product is created. In many cases, the added value is the consumer’s main reason for buying a licensed product.
